Ink Works Studio was founded in 1998 by Melissa Yanhko, as a small, custom Architecture Studio focusing on Residential projects: both Single & Multi-family.  Ink Works specializes in “Turning Dreams into Dwellings”.  Melissa is a Registered Architect in the Commonwealth of Virginia, but has practiced in New Jersey, Maryland, South Carolina, West Virginia, Tennessee, and New Mexico in her career.  Over the years, Ink Works Studio has made the choice to remain small to better serve our clients.  Ink Works provide one-on-one design meetings and an intimate knowledge of your project from beginning to end.  We truly look forward to working with you.

Ink Works’ Mission is to create thoughtful spaces – either new or renovated, using practical designs & building science – that will bring JOY to the inhabitants.  This will be accomplished in an environment of collaboration & compassion.
